My Promotion Code / Gift Certificate doesn’t work / I am not getting my discount

Only one promotional code ca be used per order, to redeem a promotional code, please enter it in the ‘Promotion or source code’ field found on your shopping cart page or in the ‘Promotion Code’ field found in the billing page of checkout. To redeem a gift code on an order, please enter the gift code number on the billing page of the checkout process. GiftHunts.com codes do not expire and only one certificate can be used at a time. If you need more assistance, please do not hesitate to contact our customer service department.

Will I get a refund if the wrong product is delivered?

If you a find a wrong product delivered, please contact us immediately and we will get them sorted.

You can return the product if found damaged / or incorrect product delivered within seven days after receiving the product and we will provide you with a replacement product.

Please ensure not to accept tampered packages from the courier.

Are there any shipping charges?

A.

Shipping charges are free for most of the orders depending on the value limit of the order otherwise nominal delivery charges are applicable for the shipments.

How do I place an order on Gift Hunts?

Select the favourite brand and add them to your cart, you can continue searching for other products and add them to your cart, once you finalize your products please click on the cart that is enabled on the menu bar which gives you the list of products added to your cart, once finalized please click on “PROCEED TO CHECKOUT” update you billing and shipping information and update order notes if any and click on PLACE ORDER.

The estimated time taken for delivery depends on what product is ordered (Available or custom built product) and we deliver good within 4 to 5 working days, however most of our deliveries are much faster and quicker.
