Returns, Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Who is GiftHunts?
GiftHunts is a company incorporated under the laws of Karnataka, INDIA, having its registered office at
#192-8, 4th Floor, Jakkasandra, 1st Block Koramangala, Bangalore - 560 034.
("GiftHunts”) is a retail company which offers various gifting solutions, we have chosen the best of products and services to cater to our customers and commit on customer satisfaction, through our website we would source the best of products for gifting and self-consumption and ensure quality products are listed.

2. What is our Return and Refund Policy?
In keeping with GiftHunts goal of ensuring User satisfaction we would like to list policies and procedures in accepting any product returns.
once a Product has been delivered to a User after purchase from the Website, the return of Products by Users shall be governed by and subject to the terms and conditions set out under this Return and Refund Policy.
Users are required to peruse and understand the terms of this Return and Refund Policy. If you do not agree to the terms contained in this Return and Refund Policy.

3. Terms of Return, Cancellation & Refund
If the customer is dissatisfied with the quality of the purchased Product received from GiftHunts, or in the event of defects and deficiencies in the Product (attributable to, and accepted by GiftHunts after due verification at its sole discretion), a User may initiate a request for returning the Product on the Website or calling our customer support team.
The User shall initiate such requests for a return not later than 7 working days from the date of which he/she received the delivery of the Product.
While raising a request for return on the Website, the User shall have the option to seek a refund of the money paid by him/her towards the purchase of the Product. The User will be required to produce a copy of the original invoice at the time of placing a request for return or exchange of Products.
The User shall ensure that the Product(s) being returned comply with the conditions set out under this Return and Refund Policy and are, among other conditions, unused, untampered, with price tags intact, all packaging material undamaged and unused.
GiftHunts reserves the right to alter and enforce this Return and Refund Policy at any time without having to serve a prior notice on the User.
A User is permitted to fully or partially cancel orders prior to its dispatch from GiftHunts. Once shipped from our facility and handed over to our logistics partners then the discretion of cancellation lies with GiftHunts based on the shipment status. Once shipped out from our facility a unique AWB number is given out to our customer for tracking the order.
GiftHunts shall initiate refunds within 2 business days from the date of return of the product on cancellation of the order. The refund will reflect in the User’s bank account within 3 or 4 working days based on the policies of the user’s bank account.
Return of purchased Products is facilitated through GiftHunts reverse-logistics partners. In events where GiftHunts is unable to facilitate a pick-up of the purchased Product for return from the User, the User is required to self-ship the Product to GiftHunts office. Customer will have to send out an email to contact@gifthunts.com for our records. Any returned product would be subjected to Quality Checks before a decision is made.
We shall be unable to return or exchange the following items, all Edible gifts like cake chocolate, gift card, gift voucher. Any personalized/ altered items cannot be returned or exchanged.

Cancellation
You may call us at +91-789 942 6322 or email us at contact@gifthunts.com, to request cancellation of your order, or any item(s) in your order, prior to these item(s) being shipped from our dispatch center.
Please note any cancellations are not possible after the item(s) in your order have been shipped
The payment charged for any items which you cancel, shall be refunded to your payment account (card or netbanking) as per the timelines required by the issuing bank, or as GiftHunts credits in case you have placed the order using credits.
If you have placed an order for sending a gift using recipient email address only (ie delivery address is not provided at the time of placing the order), it is possible that your order gets cancelled if recipient chooses not to respond, rejects the gift request, or their desired shipping address is not serviceable by GiftHunts.com. In such case, a full refund will be given to your payment account (card or netbanking) as per the timelines required by the issuing bank, or as Giftease credits in case you have placed the order using credits.

Returns / Exchange Process
You may call us at +91-789 942 6322 or email us at customercare@gifthunts.com, to request a return for any eligible item, as per our Exchange policy. You may also intimate us similarly for cancellation of any items/orders you have placed with us, provided the items have not been shipped by us.
If you request a return/exchange through courier collection, at the time of collecting the merchandise, you will be given a courier Airway Bill, which is to be retained for future reference. Please also keep a copy of the sales invoice or order number gift tag number, before handing over the return merchandise and original sales invoice to the courier. Any refund against an exchange request made to GiftHunts.com customer care and collected by courier from the delivery address where the item was originally delivered, or dispatched to us by the recipient, shall be processed only upon receipt of the merchandise in unused condition, along with the original sales invoice/ gift tag.
After the merchandise is received by GiftHunts.com, and subject to verification of the purchase and condition of merchandise we shall process a refund to the customer’s GiftHunts.com account within 5 working days of receipt of the merchandise.
Refunds of payments charged for the returned items will be credited back to the GiftHunts account of the customer placing the order with us.
If you are placing a gift order and desire to credit any amount for returns/exchange into the gifthunts.com account of the recipient, you may do so by sending us an email confirming the same, from the email ID used to place the order.
In the event that you prefer to receive a credit into your card/netbanking account, instead of accumulating GiftHunts credits, in case of returns where your card/netbanking account has been charged, you may mail us (from the same email ID provided while placing the order) at customercare@gifthunts.com providing the order details and instructions for crediting your card/netbanking account, instead of crediting your GiftHunts credits account at the time you request for such return. Please note that we shall be unable to process a refund to your card/netbanking account, after a credit has been processed into your GiftHunts account.

4. Grievance Redressal
Any grievances relating to the Return and Refund Policy may be directed by you to the grievance officer of GiftHunts who can be contacted at grievanceofficer@gifthunts.com
